Ferrari 512M, Le Mans 24 Hours 1971, Manfredini - Gagliardi --SLOTCAR --
This 1/32nd scale slotcar, made by Spirit of Spain, is a wonderfully detailed replica of S/N 1050, after it was modified to "M" specification, as entered by Scuderia Filipinetti and raced by Corrado Manfredini and Giancarlo Gagliardi during the 1971 Le Mans 24 Hours.
Manfredini & Gagliardi had to retire in the 14th lap due to gearbox trouble.
The original car survives to this day and now seems to reside in Switzerland.
This ready-to-run slotcar has the following specifications:
- Scale: 1/32
- Overall length ca. 6 inches
- Great detailing with brake discs and fine tampo print
- Sidewinder Mabuchi motor
- Mild magnet for improved roadholding
- Weight Overall, out of the box: 78 gramms
